Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on Zephly, including subscriptions and credit packs.
Important: This policy complies with French consumer protection laws and EU regulations.
Subscriptions
General Rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days): Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- No credits consumed: Full refund available
- Credits partially consumed: Partial refund (subscription cost minus value of consumed credits)
- After 14 days: No refund, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime to stop future billing
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for unused time in the current period
Credit Packs
One-Time Purchases: Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
Unused Credits: If you request a refund within 14 days and have not used any credits from the pack, a full refund may be granted.
Partial Usage: If some credits have been consumed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: If the service was unavailable or malfunctioning due to our fault
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly
- Duplicate purchases: If you were accidentally charged multiple times
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (quality varies by use case)
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@zephly.ai
- Include:
- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant transaction IDs
Processing Time:
- We review requests within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and potential legal action.
Promotional Offers
Special promotions, discounts, or free trials may have specific terms that override this general refund policy. Please review the terms of any promotional offer before purchasing.
